Southern California Resource Services for Independent Living (SCRS-IL) is proud to announce the 5th  Annual Disability Pride Parade in Southern California. The Parade will kick off on October 8th, 2023.

 

 For over 39 years, SCRS-IL has been a force in the Independent Living Movement. Over the last several years; however, we have noticed a level of stagnation in this movement; a loss of innovation and inclusion of our surrounding communities. The time to go beyond a movement and into an action of change is here, and we can begin this journey by engraving our tire marks and footprints on the streets of East Los Angeles.
